Do you offer free evaluations?
Yes! Your first visit with Dr. Solomon is a complimentary evaluation — no cost, no obligation. She'll walk you through what she sees, answer your questions, and give you an honest recommendation.
Do I need a referral from my dentist?
No referral is required. You're welcome to schedule a consultation directly, whether your dentist mentioned it or you're exploring treatment on your own.
Does GreenTree Orthodontics accept dental insurance?
We accept most dental insurance plans. Our team will review your coverage with you and explain exactly what's included before treatment begins, so there are no surprises.
What if I don't have insurance, or my plan doesn't cover much?
We offer flexible zero-interest, in-office payment plans so treatment fits your budget. We'll walk through your options clearly during your consultation, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
Will treatment be uncomfortable?
Most patients feel some pressure for a few days after adjustments, which is normal and temporary. We'll always tell you what to expect at each stage so nothing catches you off guard.
When should my child have their first orthodontic evaluation?
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first evaluation by age 7. Early evaluation doesn't always mean early treatment — often it simply means we watch and wait at the right pace for your child.
Is it too late to get braces or Invisalign as an adult?
Not at all. We regularly treat adults in their thirties, forties, fifties, and beyond. It's never too late to invest in your smile.
How long does treatment typically take?
Treatment length depends on your specific case, but most patients complete treatment in six to eighteen months. We'll give you a personalized timeline at your consultation.
